She received specialized training working with children in both individual and group settings, particularly those with anxiety, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
During her internship, Abbie worked with adults facing a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship concerns. Abbie is committed to supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with self-esteem or identity-related challenges.
Abbie tailors her interventions to each client's unique needs, helping them identify unhelpful patterns, reconnect with their values, and build skills for lasting emotional wellness. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic space that is collaborative, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empowering—where clients feel truly seen and supported on their journey toward healing and change.
