Jennifer Perez is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who earned her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling Psychology from Florida International University, an MPCAC-accredited program. She provides individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
She has experience and training in evidence-based interventions, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and CBT for children, teens, and adults. Her clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns in both individual and group settings.
Jennifer integrates motivational interviewing, behavioral parent support, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients build resilience and create lasting change. In her work with adults, she supports clients in improving emotional regulation, and navigating life transitions.
She is dedicated to providing client-centered care that empowers individuals and families to strengthen coping skills, foster emotional growth, and work toward long-term mental wellness in a safe and collaborative space.
