Post-Doctoral Psychology Resident

Tiffany Needham is a Postdoctoral Resident who provides therapy and psychological assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology and has experience working with individuals and families across outpatient, residential, and community-based settings.

Tiffany has a particular passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, relationship concerns, academic challenges, and other stressors. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring the challenges that bring them to therapy.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs. Tiffany primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also incorporating mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed interventions. She values helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

In addition to psychotherapy, Tiffany has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Her assessment experience includes evaluating concerns related to attention and executive functioning, learning difficulties, emotional and behavioral functioning, and other psychological concerns.

Tiffany believes that therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. She approaches her work with compassion, curiosity, and a sense of humor, aiming to help clients feel empowered as they work toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth.
